Each player is permitted exactly one active account on rmking8. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, payment method, device, or IP address — are not permitted and will be closed with balances forfeited.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds where applicable. Attempting to abuse bonus structures — including arbitrage betting — is a breach of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your use of the rmking8 online gaming platform ("Platform"), operated under the domain https://rmking8.cam ("Website"). To register and maintain an Account on rmking8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the lifetime of your Account:
Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the rmking8 Platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same Player — whether identified by matching personal details, payment methods, IP address, device fingerprint, or any other means — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide at minimum: your full legal name (as it appears on your MyKad or passport), date of birth, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number, and a chosen account password. You may also be asked to provide a preferred payment method.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. rmking8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your username and password. You agree to notify rmking8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of or access to your Account.
rmking8 reserves the right to reject any registration application, or to close an existing Account, at its sole discretion and without providing reasons, provided that any verified real-money balance is returned to the Player through their verified payment method.
rmking8 operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with responsible gaming principles. All Players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal and may be requested to complete verification at any point during the account lifecycle.

KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) hours of document submission. rmking8 may request additional documents where standard submissions are insufficient. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until verification is successfully completed.
rmking8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and cryptocurrency methods including USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin (BTC). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
All deposit funds must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. Deposits made through unverified or third-party payment methods may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. rmking8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards not used for deposits, or anonymous payment systems.
The standard processing timeframes for withdrawals are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes; bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically processed within one (1) business day; cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes. These timeframes represent our internal processing targets and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional security checks are required.
rmking8 does not charge internal fees for deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by banks, e-wallet providers, or blockchain networks (such as gas fees for cryptocurrency transfers) are outside our control and are not reimbursed by rmking8.
All Account balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt.
rmking8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the respective promotion page at the time of the offer. The following general provisions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, disconnections, or game software faults — rmking8 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined from available server logs, the affected round may be voided and the wager refunded to the Player's balance.
Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change up to the commencement of the relevant event. rmking8 reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error, where an event is cancelled, or where it is determined that a market was compromised by irregular activity.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rmking8 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited in cases involving fraud, bonus abuse, or other deliberate misconduct. In cases where Account closure is at our discretion without Player fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days, provided there are no active bonus wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests that require resolution first.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
The rmking8 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of our trademarks or brand assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rmking8 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if rmking8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
rmking8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rmking8 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will endeavour to maintain high availability and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the rmking8 Platform or these Terms, you agree to first attempt resolution through our internal dispute process by contacting our customer support team.
Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event. rmking8 will investigate all disputes using available server logs and system records, and will communicate a final decision within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a complete dispute submission. rmking8's decisions on game outcome disputes are final where all available evidence has been reviewed.
